We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number or email with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Tell us at any time if you would rather we not contact you, and we will stop.

Service providers

We share information only with vendors that help us run the service, and only so they can perform that work for us, never for their own marketing. These include Supabase and Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (AI tools that help us prepare listings). Listing information you ask us to publish is shared with the Multiple Listing Service and real-estate portals as part of marketing your home.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

• Tell us if you would rather we not contact you by phone or email.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information using the contact details below.

Children

Our service is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
